Drew Dixon serves as the Director of Distribution and Strategy for Riddell. In this role, he leads the warehouse, distribution, logistics, and continuous improvement functions. He is based in Riddell’s North Ridgeville, Ohio, manufacturing facility and reports to the Sr. Vice President of Global Manufacturing, Sourcing, and Distribution, Jean Jaime.
Mr. Dixon first joined Riddell in June 2014 as a Financial Analyst. He has since held several positions of increasing responsibility within the Finance organization, including Director of Financial Planning and Analysis, before being promoted to his current operations role in January 2022.
Before joining Riddell, Mr. Dixon began his career as a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) in Public Accounting, spending three years in Audit with Plante Moran. He worked primarily with private equity-owned manufacturing and distribution clients.
Mr. Dixon is currently a Board Member with both the National Athletic Equipment Reconditioners Association (NAERA) and the North Ridgeville Chamber of Commerce.
Mr. Dixon holds a bachelor’s degree in accounting and a master’s degree in accounting from Case Western Reserve University, where he played collegiate football.
Mr. Dixon resides in North Ridgeville, Ohio, with his wife, Katie, and four children Oliver, Jack, Cash, and Ruby.
